"...Wonders never cease. Last week David Miscavige (Scientology's top crime boss) ordered Continential Airlines records be hacked into. From this, he learned of a flight from New York that Marty Rathbun (ex-Scientology crime boss) was scheduled to take on Friday, July 17. He put PI Vinnie Parco, a character right out of central casting onto the same flight.
Vinnie so overtly attempted to befriend Marty that it was ridiculous. As Marty explained, "Vinnie is so incompetent, I caught him debriefing on his conversation with me by cell phone at a layover in Houston."
You've seen the rock, now let's look under it. According to Wikipedia,
1.Vinnie Parco is not only a convicted felon, but...
2.Vincent Parco illegally sold a gun with a silencer to Carolyn Warmus who used it to murder her ex-lover's wife.
3.In the trial, it came out that Vinnie Parco had also tried to hire a hit man to kill Warmus=92s ex-lovers wife. Parco only avoided a murder conviction by turning against his one-time client and lover, though Parco was married at the time, and testifying for the prosecution.
4.Parco said later his attempt to contract a killing was "nine years ago. I've grown a lot since then."
5.In fact he grew so much that in 2006 US District Judge Susan Bucklew had to intervene when Vinnie Parco was caught tampering with the jury and witnesses during a mobster=92s racketeering trial.
So THIS is who David Miscavige (the criminal mastermind who subverted the Church of Scientology) hires to stop Marty from exposing David Miscavige's crimes: Vinnie Parco, a man who could have been convicted of murder?
You see, when Miscavige=92s normal Go-to-Guy, Tommy Davis, isn't good enough (even though Tommy works for free) Miscavige spends the extra cash (parishioner donations) to hire his extra special Go-to-Guy, Vinnie Parco!
Can anyone think of a more greasy, putrid, willing-to-do-anything-for-money-no-matter-how-unsavory person?
Gosh, just thought of a question... What is David Miscavige doing at the head of a religion that hires murderers?

Riverside supervisor touts sister's pro-bono work for county, pays her
from campaign fund

The Press-Enterprise
Supervisor Jeff Stone frequently praises his sister as Riverside
County's best bargain because she works full-time as an unpaid volunteer
in his office.
But records show he paid Lori Stone more than $180,000 in campaign money
last year for political consulting and professional services and he
assigned her the free use of a county car with taxpayer-funded gasoline
included.
Over the past three years, Stone's campaign payments to his sister
totaled about $330,000.
In reporting this story, The Press-Enterprise tried to interview Lori
Stone and another staff member. Jeff Stone directed them not to comment
and asked that requests be referred to him.

Stone then declined to discuss the issues in person or by phone, saying
he wanted all questions submitted in writing by e-mail. The
Press-Enterprise declined. Stone then sent a lengthy e-mail defending
his sister's use of a county car and her volunteer service.
"In addition to Lori putting in 50 to 60 hours a week of her time to
improve the quality of life of women in the 3rd District, she was having
to endure a personal expense of transporting herself throughout the
County to do the fine work she does," he wrote. "I felt it was a lot to
ask of a full time volunteer to not only donate her time to the County
pro bono but to expect her to pay for all her travel expenses."
Stone, who plans to run for state Sen. Dennis Hollingsworth's seat in
2010, said his sister's use of a county car as his volunteer legislative
assistant was consistent with county policies.
County spokesman Ray Smith said restrictions on volunteers' use of
county vehicles do not apply to supervisors, only to the department
heads and workers that serve under them.
Roman Porter, spokesman for the state's Fair Political Practices
Commission, said Stone's payments to his sister do not violate any laws
provided they are entirely for political, legislative or governmental
purposes.
But the large amount of money to a sibling raises questions, said Bob
Stern, president of the Los Angeles-based Center for Governmental Studies.
Stone paid his sister almost $40,000 more in 2008 than he earned as a
county supervisor.
Stone was re-elected by a landslide in 2008 against a challenger who
raised less than $1,000, a fact that gave Stern pause.
"Campaign consultants do not get almost $200,000 for noncompetitive
races," Stern said, adding: "I don't think any legislative assistant
gets $200,000. The question is what is she doing for her pay? I think
this is case No. 1 for saying relatives should not be paid out of
campaign funds because it's just too open for abuse."
Volunteer Work?
Stern said Stone could legally pay a legislative assistant's salary out
of his campaign funds, but the pay must be in line with the amount of
work and the skill level of the person performing it.
That aside, Stone has repeatedly said his sister works entirely for free
for the county, identifying her as a "volunteer" on his Web Site.
Lori Stone works on homelessness issues, serves on the Riverside County
Women's Commission and was appointed official county spokeswoman for the
Sexual Assault Felony Enforcement team, Stone said in his e-mail. He
added that she has launched and run several successful fundraisers for
nonprofit organizations.
"Replacing her on my staff would cost the county a minimum of $60-70,000
per year in salary not including benefits," he said. "The citizens of
this county are the beneficiaries of her pro-bono work."
County rules would not permit Stone to directly hire his sister for his
staff or directly supervise her.
A county ordinance forbids county officers, including supervisors, from
involvement in decisions to employ, retain, promote or make work
assignments for a sibling or other immediate relative on the county
payroll. The ordinance does not apply to volunteers, county spokesman
Smith said.
County Car
Lori Stone has never been on the county payroll but drives a county car,
a 2000 Ford Explorer. The county purchased the sport utility vehicle in
1999 for its Transportation and Land Management Agency, records show.
In May 2007, the car was transferred to Stone's office, where it was
assigned to Lori Stone, according to fleet records.
The car had almost 105,000 miles on it when it was reassigned and is now
nearing 132,000 miles, according to fleet records. Drivers of county
vehicles rely on county gas pumps and county maintenance services,
officials said.
Bob Howdyshell, director of county purchasing and fleet services, said
supervisors' staff members often seek cars that have been used by other
departments in the interest of frugality. But Lori Stone's situation is
one-of-a-kind because she is a full-time volunteer, he said.
"I am not familiar with anyone who is a volunteer and has a long-term
arrangement with a vehicle," he said of the vehicles used in county
departments.
A county ordinance states that volunteers may not use county vehicles
without justification from the relevant department head and
authorization from the county executive officer.
But the requirement does not apply to the supervisors or their staff,
Smith said. That's because supervisors set policy and oversee the county
executive officer and department heads, he said. The requirements do not
specifically refer to supervisors, he added.
Only the board would have the ability to change those rules to include
them and their staffs, Smith said.

Scientology Vulture Ministers Scam Exposed
The Scientology corporation's fake "Volunteer Ministers" scam was recently exposed by the BBC as being what everyone already knew -- a criminal enterprise bent upon rooking and swindling money out of people for as much as they can get.
In the aftermath of the September 11'th terrorist attacks, the Scientology crime syndicate tried to deliberately disrupt relief efforts and had to be continually recaptured and "escorted" back behind police lines.

Scientology's actions supported the goals of the Saudi Arabian terrorists who had attacked us.

Scientology Crimeboss David Miscaviage Found Guilty
OTC WW UK Conditions Order Nr. 1 Committee of Evidence - Findings and Recommandations - Interested Party : David Miscavige 28. May 1984
We, the Committee met together on 5th May 1984 and verified all data and evidence regarding the charges of the Bill of Particulars which were given to us from people all over the planet. The following are our findings:
Note: The Interested Party missed to attend the meeting on 5th May as well as all other meetings which were convened by the Committee. Further, the Committee did not receive any material of evidence to the favour of the Interested Party.
Refusal or failure to attend by the Interested Party results in the recommendation of the highest possible penalty of the concerned Interested Party.
FINDINGS:
HIGH CRIMES
1. MUTINY: GUILTY
Definition: Admin Dictionary
Revolt and often forceful resistance against a constructive authority – New World Dictionary
Open revolt against constructive authority
Evidence by John Nelson, (ex-CO CMO Int. Dec. 81 – 82) shows that David Miscavige, at that time Chairman of the All Cear Unit, falsified in June 1981 a letter from LRH to take Diana Voegeding (CO CMO INT) off post. She was at that time David Miscavige’s constitutional senior.
2. ORGANIZING A SPLINTER GROUP WHICH TAKES AND PERVERTS SCIENTOLOGY MATERIALS OR PRACTICES, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, STILL CALLING IT SCIENTOLOGY OR CALLING IT SOMETHING ELSE: GUILTY
Definition:
Splinter – a divergent group that breaks off from the main group.
Dissent – refusal to keep up to rules and beliefs of the established church.
On 1st January 1982, the “Religious Technology Center” (RTC) was registered as a company in California. David Miscavige together with additional 6 staff were the “company founders” and “trustees”. No LRH policy existed with this order and until today there is no official issue written by LRH in regards to RTC.
From evidences which were given to the Committee we found that RTC is involved in many squirrel activities and perverted Scientology practices.
A. Gang Sec-Checking: in October 1982, Jay Hurwitz the then T/ED LA Day, was taken to CMO Int.
“On the first day as I arrived at Int, I received a Sec-Check in Nazi-Interrogation style which was delivered by the highest authorities of Scientology. While I was on the meter, 4 interrogators who were in the same room, bombarded me with questions. These were - David Miscavige – one of the three highest Managers who lead Scientology today, Steve Marlow – Executive Director of RTC, Marc Yaeger – CO CMO Int, Vicky Aznaran – D/Inspector General.” Jay Hurwitz, 19.4.83
In October 1982, at the San Francisco Mission Holder conference, Mission Holders were also illegal sec-checked. The Sea-Org publication “The Sea-Org takes over” includes a picture of three people who were sec-checked in the same room by Sea-Org Officers. Violation of HCOB 30.11.78, “Confessional Procedure”.
B. Declaration to Suppressive Person: The above mentioned Sea-Org Publication shows also a picture of David Miscavige who declared Mission Holder Martin Samuels. This was done right then and there and without convening a regular Committee of Evidence what would have been standard policy. (HCOB 16 May 1980 issue II, ETHICS SUPPRESSIVE ACTS, SUPPRESSION OF SCIENTOLOGY AND SCIENTOLOGISTS) Later in the meeting one of the Sea Org Officers, Norman Starkey (also one of the RTC-trustees), says “He, (Brown McKee, an
other Mission-Holder who was declared) will never, never ever again, which I promise you, in any life, ever again receive any Auditing or ever have a chance to get out of his trap and those who are on OT III know what THAT means! It means to die and die and die and die again.! “SO ED 2104 Int.
Kingsley Wimbush and Dean Stokes were also declared at the meeting.
Jay Hurwitz explains: “ During my stay at Int I was told repeatedly by the highest officers of the church that I would be hanged and excommunicated.” During this period was as well the idea implemented to legally pursue Scientologists (through RTC) – staff members and publics – as well as the policy of excommunication and the exclusion of OT levels and of any auditing and training for ever.” David Majo, Letter of 8th Dec. 83.
This action of the exclusion for ever or “excommunication” is in contradiction to LRH’s teachings:
“IT MUST BE NOTED HOWEVER THAT NO MATTER HOW SEVERE THE CASE WE NEVER CLOSE THE DOOR ENTIRELY.” HCO PL 16 MAY 1980
“YOU MUST KEEP THE DOOR OPEN ONLY IF IT’S JUST A CRACK.” HCO PL 16 MARCH 1971 ISSUE II.
Despite these policies RTC still keeps up the policy on “excommunication”
C. The “Running Program”: Many prior senior- and experienced church-executives including David Mayo, Kerry Gleason and Alan Buchanan were taken off post by David Miscavige and RTC and had to do the Running Program. This highly secure pilot-rundown was applied under the order of RTC and existed in that the PCs and OTs ran around a tree or pole until they were exhausted. Then they were requested to get up and run more often longer than 12 hours a day. As the result of these cruel programs the PCs suffered bod
y injuries and impairments including sprained and swollen joints, strained muscles, physical exhaustion and loss of weight. This program of which they were told that was new LRH tech had to be done regardless of other case actions the PC was already on. This violates C/S Series 31, 38 and 42. For this program exists no HCOBs. Until now more than 300 people were sent to CMO Int, LA and Flag.
3. PUBLIC STATEMENTS AGAINST SCIENTOLOGY OR SCIENTOLOGISTS BUT NOT PER COMM EV’S DULY CONVENED: GUILTY
At the San Francisco Mission Holder meeting on 17th Oct 1982, David Miscavige and other Sea Org Officers including Steve Marlow, Norman Starkey and Marc Yaeger, made many despised comments about leading Mission Holders as for example “Kingsley (Wimbush) is declared and actions were prepared to pursue him as a criminal. “These days of corruptions are over. These squirrel days are over.”
Three Mission Holder were verbally declared without Comm Ev.
After Diana Voegeding was taken off her post as CO CMO Int, David Miscavige gave an open statement in which he insults her: “… As Gale (Irwin) and myself were degraded he came specially out, stood himself up on the stairs with these people around him and yelled at us that he would personally make sure that we ‘never ever anywhere get back onto the Bridge’ and that we ‘never had done anything constructive’ “. Diana Voegeding Tape Debrief, Dec 1983.
4. REPORTING OR THREATENING TO REPORT SCIENTOLOGY OR SCIENTOLOGISTS TO CI VIL AUTHORITIES IN AN EFFORT TO SUPPRESS SCIENTOLOGY OR SCIENTOLOGISTS FROM PRACTICING OR RECEIVING STANDARD TECHNOLOGY: GUILTY
As already per the quotation from the San Francisco Mission Holder Meeting under complaint #3 shows, David Miscavige threatened certain individuals with police persecution. Larry Heller, a church attorney, employee of RTC said also at the Conference:
“If later one of you still uses any Scientology-Trademarks there will be reports of the offence to whatever criminal court it concerns because of unlawful business dealings with a possible sentence …. You will then get a fine or go to prison. “SO ED 2104.
5. RECEIVING MONEY, FAVOURS OR ENCOURAGEMENTS TO SUPPRESS SCIENTOLOGY OR SCIENTOLOGISTS: GUILTY
The Committee has no reports in regards to this accusation.
6. PRONOUNCING SCIENTOLOGISTS GUILTY OF THE PRACTICE OF STANDARD SCIENTOLOGY, ALSO PRONOUNCING SCIENTOLOGISTS GUILTY OF THE PRACTICE OF THE RELIGION OF SCIENTOLOGY.
The Committee has no reports in regards to this accusation.
7. ENGAGING IN MALICIOUS RUMOUR-MONGERING TO DESTROY THE AUTHORITY OR REPUTE OF HIGHER OFFICERS OR LEADING NAMES OF SCIENTOLOGY OR TO “SAFEGUARD” A POSITION: GUILTY
David Miscavige and Steve Marlow took David Mayo (Snr C/S) and his staff members off their posts in August 1982. Shortly after this a black PR campaign was started to get the technical and personal reputation of David Mayo destroyed.
“David Miscaviage told me a bout a month after my removal that he would destroy my technical reputation in case I would not ‘turn around’ to their way of thinking as too many people regarded me as an opinion leader.” David Mayo, 8 Dec 1983.
More technical investigations were conducted for this reason by Gelda Mithoff, Ray Mithoff and Mike Eldridge.
In August 1983 SO ED 2344 Int was published by the church. “Story of a Squirrel” which David Mayo publicly dammed in that they called him a Squirrel and enemy agent.
8. SPREADING FALSE TALES TO INVALIDATE CLEARS: GUILTY
“Everyone who spreads around libellous comments and evil slender about the alleged behaviour of Clears should be declared as Suppressive Person from the first Ethic-Officer who hears about it. Investigations should look for a criminal background of person who spreads around such rumours.” LRH HCO PL 4. Aug 1966,.
9. SPREADING LIBELLOUS AND SLANDEROUS STATEMENTS ABOUT THE ALLEGED BEHAVIOUR OF CLEARS: GUILTY
As covered at Charge # 8.
10. SEEKING TO SPLINTER OFF AN AREA OF SCIENTOLOGY AND DENY IT PROPERLY CONSTITUTED AUTHORITY FOR PERSONAL PROFIT, PERSONAL POWER, OR TO “SAVE THE ORGANIZATION FROM THE HIGHER OFFICERS OF SCIENTOLOGY”: GUILTY
As in charge #2 explained, David Miscavige was one of the founders of the Religious Technology Centers an organization that is not based on LRH policy. Miscavige placed his org on the top of the orgboards of the international church over the GO, ED Int, CMO Int and WDC. Charge # 2 gives evidence that they used Squirrel technics to keep up their position.
To place RTC on the top of the orgboards, Miscavige had to get rid of many Senior Church Executives who possibly could revert his orders and stop his destructive actions.
In July 1981, Miscavige used falsified LRH Telexes and untrue letters of Church attorneys to remove Mary Sue from her post as Controller. In June 1981 he removed his senior Diane Voegeding, CO CMO Int, with a falsified LRH message. In December 1981 he removed Gale Irwin from his post as CO CMO Int in that he claimed to execute LRH orders. In August 1982 Miscavige removed Senior C/S David Mayo from his post. There were many more such incidents.
11. WILLFUL MISAPPLICATION: GUILTY
Covered in charge #2.
12. BRINGING CIVIL SUIT AGAINST SCIENTOLOGISTS WITHOUT FIRST CALLING THE MATTER TO THE ATTENTION OF ETHICS OFFICER: GUILTY
Such procedures were exerted against Eddie Mace, Bernard Wimbush, Marian van der Linde, Don Hills and Lawrence West. Also covered in charge #3. See also crime #15.
13. ORGANIZING A SPLINTER GROUP TO CONFUSE PEOPLE ABOUT THE TRUE BELIEFS AND PRACTICES OF SCIENTOLOGY OR TO DECEIVE THEM INTO CONSIDERING THAT THEY WILL BE ABLE TO STUDY PART OF ALL OF SCIENTOLOGY OR RECEIVE STANDARD PASTORAL COUNSELLING FROM THE SPLINTER GROUP: GUILTY
We showed that David Miscavige was a main founder of the Squirrel group RTC. The Motto of RTC which is stated on top of all of it’s publications is: “ Protecting the only road to total freedom – the Religion Scientology”.
RTC Info Letter #3, 22 July 1983 states: “ How did your case run on standard tech? You will find out and are certain in that you let your folder get send to the unit of RTC for Technical Inspection.”
The purpose of RTC per Info Letter #1 is: “ to make sure that services which are delivered under the many marks and trade names in Scientology and Dianetics are 100% standard tech and that the Bridge stays clean, workable and reachable for all who want to become free.
The above is an attempt to cheat the public of Scientology to the effect that it thinks it could get standard spiritual advice and training from RTC or from organizations under their control.
CRIMES:
1. PLACING SCIENTOLOGY OR SCIENTOLOGISTS AT RISK: GUILTY
Per the Auditor magazine that was recently published by the Church, 25 hours counseling cost now 5016 English pounds. The average person and with that the majority of people on this planet can’t afford this and the Bridge is definitely outside their ability to reach. “With average income is meant the average monthly income of the upper strata or the lower middle class.
David Miscavige has set and enforced the current prices though RTC and the Int Finance Police’s illegally finance policy. These policies violate the above quoted LRH policy.
Clears who did not yet get though OT III and public who haven’t yet started on the Bridge were put in danger because of the current church prices which were enforced by David Miscavige and RTC and could not be paid by the public.
2. FOLLOWING ILLEGAL ORDERS OR ILLEGAL POLICIES OR ALTER-IS, KNOWING THEM TO BE DIFFERENT OR CONTRARY TO THOSE ISSUED BY THE INTERNATIONAL BOARD: GUILTY
David Miscavige has failed to follow specific LRH policy in regards to prices and justice. He was a main founder of RTC which isn’t based on any LRH policy and which replaces approved management structure. He permitted the squirrel Running Program and was himself involved in squirrel Gang Sec-Checking. (See High Crime charge #2)
3. NOT DIRECTLY REPORTING FLAGRANT DEPARTURES FROM INTERNATIONAL BOARD POLICY: GUILTY
See the above.
4. PERMITTING A SECTION, UNIT, DEPARTMENT, ORGANIZATION, ZONE OR DIVISION TO COLLAPSE: GUILTY
As the result of actions by David Miscavige to get rid of the majority of church executives and to put himself on top of the church organizing board, the Scientology Church collapses everywhere on the planet.
Since RTC was founded in January 1982 several Missions were closed or split off (Riverside, Omaha, Perth, Stockton, St. Ethienne, Hannover, Palo Alto, Helsingborg are all split off.) and there were many Suppressive Person declares. This has never happened before in the history of the Church of Scientology. Despite of this, RTC asserts that the Church of Scientology is internationally expanding!
5. CONDONING CIRCUMSTANCES OR OFFENSES CAPABLE TO BRING A COURSE, SECTION, UNIT, DEPARTMENT, ORG, ZONE OR DIVISION TO A STATE OF COLLAPSE: GUILTY
See previous charges.
6. NEGLECT OF RESPONSIBILITIES RESULTING IN CATASTROPHE: GUILTY
As covered in the previous charges.
7. BEING OR BECOMING A POTENTIAL TROUBLE SOURCE WITHOUT REPORTING IT OR TAKING ACTION: GUILTY
As covered above.
8. USING SCIENTOLOGY HARMFULLY: GUILTY
Covered in High Crime #2
9. USING A LOCAL TITLE TO SET ASIDE THE ORDERS OR POLICIES OF THE INTERNATIONAL BOARD: GUILTY
As covered in previous charges.
10. INSTIGATING A LOCAL POWER PUSH AGAINST A SENIOR: GUILTY
As covered in High Crime #1
11. SPREADING DESTRUCTIVE RUMOURS ABOUT SENIOR SCIENTOLOGISTS: GUILTY
See High Crimes.
12. FALSIFYING A COMMUNICATION FROM A HIGHER AUTHORITY: GUILTY
Covered under High Crime #1 whereby Miscavige falsifies a message from LRH to Diana Voegeding with which she was removed from her post as CO CMO Int.
13. CAUSING SEVERE AND DISREPUTABLE DISTURBANCES RESULTING IN DISREPUTE: GUILTY
At the Mission Holder Conference in San Francisco Oct 82, Miscavige put the management of the Church of Scientology in bad repute in that he verbally and openly declared important Mission Holders, nattered about other important Mission Holders at that conference, insulted them and threatened them with imprisonment. Various Mission Holder of that Conference are since dropped out from the church and opened up several independent groups. (For example Bent Corydon and Serge Gerbode).
14. HOLDING SCIENTOLOGY MATERIALS OR POLICIES UP TO RIDICULE, CONTEMPT OR SCORN: GUILTY
Many HCOBs written by LRH with the help of David Mayo (during the time was David Senior C/S Int) are ridiculed and put out of force in SO ED 2344 Int “Story of a Squirrel: David Mayo”.
15. CONDONING THE SUPPRESSION OF THE WORD "SCIENTOLOGY" IN ITS USE OR PRACTICE: GUILTY
In September 1983 ordered RTC under direction of David Miscavige to take legal actions against Lawrence West of California because of the use of the word Scientology in his Scientology-practice.
“To communicate Scientology and to bring about a civilization for mankind.”
The activity to take legal actions against Lawrence West is an act of the suppression of the word “Scientology”
ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
1. FORGERY OF DOCUMENTS: GUILTY
As shown in High Crime #1, David Miscavige falsified a message from LRH to the then CO CMO INT Diana Voegeding.
Based on additional evidence, which was handed over to the Committee, we have evidence that David Miscavige was an accomplice to the falsification of LRH’s signature on legal documents.
Irmgard Wassard, graphologist and member of the Danish Graphological Society, was presented with two original signatures of LRH, one written 1970 the other beginning of the seventhies and two signatures which were done on the so called LRH/RTC agreement.
After thorough examination of all four signatures she explains:
a) that the two signatures (1982) were done by the same person and
b) that the person is not identical with the person (LRH) who signed with his name on the attachment marked H (1971 and 1970thies) since the questionable signatures show a variety of differences of the authentic writing which is typical for forgeries.
2. FORGERY: GUILTY
Diana Voegeding explains in a written and testified report, that David Miscavige, in exercising the activity as Californian Public Notary, received signatures signed L. Ron Hubbard without that LRH appeared there. This is an offence against his status as Public Notary and is forgery per the Californian law.
3. VIOLENT ATTACK: GUILTY
During the investigations, three involved persons were violently attacked by David Miscavige in the presence of others – Steve Marlow included. The attacked were John Aczel, Roger Barnes and Steve Warren. Marlow held on to them and Miscavige punched. Aczel ended up with a laceration and bruise on the temple and Barnes had a swollen lip. Warren escaped the hold of Marlow and did not get hit though his clothes were torn in the fighting. Aczel said that Miscavige had told him he would like to cut him in 1000 pieces and dump him at the local hospital. It was ACTUALLY spat at the above.” Jay Hurwitz, 19 April 1983.
The committee has also evidence of other criminal assaults.

The state of the Scientology crime syndicate today:
Scientologists believe there exists this robust and highly efficient organization called the Church of Scientology. They believe this organization is doing good, all over the world. They believe that this church has effective programs in place, being supervised by highly trained staff, and that these programs are causing great expansion.
This, they believe.
While it is doubtful that anything quite so grand and effective ever existed in the Church of Scientology, there were, at one time, plans and programs. There were, at one time, trained staff to run these programs. There was, at one time, expansion.
But no more. David Miscavige took control of the Church of Scientology almost thirty years ago. Since then, he has systematically dismantled and destroyed the previous management, organization and activities of the church. Anything that was functioning in the old church has now been completely demolished.
While Scientology critics have been very effective in exposing Miscavige's crimes and the crimes of others in the church, and while Anonymous has helped greatly in accelerating the demise of the church, the major source of the destruction of the Church of Scientology was and is David Miscavige.
If anything in the Scientology organization is still functioning in any way, it is those things that have, so far, escaped direct "management" by David Miscavige.
David is not a good manager. In fact, he is a horrible manager. He would have difficulty running the local fast-food restaurant. He religiously destroys what is working, and forces programs that can't work. He doesn't trust anyone, but he will tolerate boot-lickers and sycophants. Anyone with any spine or spark of independence has been stomped on, hard--sometimes by being sent to the RPF, but more often simply banished -- kicked out and declared Suppressive.
He dreams up insane projects, not based on any real facts or any workable methods, and then demands his few remaining staff "make it go right" and get his project executed. No one can make any of his cockamamie plans actually work. Badly researched, badly planned, horribly managed, his projects always fail. But, because he's such a horrible manager, he can't correctly evaluate who is at fault. Instead of taking responsibility for his failures as a manager, he punishes those brave souls who, at least, tried to make them work.
This leaves only Miscavige, the cowards, the boot-lickers and the sycophants "running" the Church of Scientology. Nothing can get done! Nothing will ever get done!
Today, the only things actually getting done are being done by people outside of the church. Outside lawyers are still harassing the critics and reporters. Outside private investigators have been brought in to investigate the protesters. An outside ad agency is putting up some TV ads. A Japanese manufacturer produced the still-unreleased Mark VIII E-Meters. Anything actually getting done is being done by outside people. Anything being "done" inside the church, under Miscavige's management, is an abysmal failure.
The biggest and most important project laid out by L. Ron Hubbard was to expand all Scientology churches to the "size of old Saint Hill". Saint Hill, in England, the center of Scientology under Hubbard, was quite the booming place at one time. Hubbard's orders were to get all churches stably to that level. Above all else, that was what Miscavige should have been doing.
Miscavige has totally failed to do this. His projects to do so resulted in a few churches temporarily reaching that size, but the "expansion" was false, and they quickly collapsed. Miscavige's management could not create a stable expansion in even one church.
As a solution, Miscavige redefined the "size of old Saint Hill" to a much smaller size. Then he pushed a few more churches to that size. And, again, they collapsed. Miscavige couldn't even meet his much-lowered goals. Instead of expansion, Miscavige's management inevitably results in collapse.
As a "solution" to that, Miscavige abandoned the whole "Saint Hill size" program entirely. He announced a new project called "Ideal Org" and hoped that no one noticed all his previous expansion programs had failed.
The "Ideal Org" program first requires local Scientologists to use their own money to buy and renovate huge new buildings for the local church. Rather than expand -- and then buy larger premises when you need them and can afford them -- Miscavige is having the churches buy new buildings they can't afford, and ... then (in some yet undefined way) they'll expand. That's Miscavige's "bright idea" for expansion.
Unbelievably, he doesn't even understand simple cause and effect!
Does anyone need any further evidence as to his complete incompetence?
Inevitably, as with all the rest of Miscavige's projects, this "expansion" project is failing as well. Those few churches who have fully implemented his "Ideal Org" plan are doing worse than ever. Inevitably, Miscavige will blame others for this abysmal failure. Once again, heads will roll -- but not his.
It isn't as if Miscavige doesn't realize he is a failure. Miscavige knows that if the true picture of his miserable management got out, Scientologists everywhere would cease supporting him. He would either be kicked out, or Scientologists would simply abandon his church. He knows this.
So the one thing he does get done (and he is in a blind panic about it all the time) is the fantastical events he puts on six times a year. As time goes on, these events have less and less to do with reality. Miscavige must report huge successes and huge expansion at every event. Since he cannot produce any major successes and never has any real expansion to report, the events are all smoke and mirrors, to make him look good. Any glimmer of any Scientologists doing anything, gets exaggerated, magnified, puffed up and filmed -- and then Miscavige pretends he had something to do with it and that he is causing great things.
But he is a failure. No amount of smoke and mirrors, hand waving and fantasy can cover up the fact that he is a complete, incompetent failure. In all his life, Miscavige has never succeeded, has never completed anything, has never made something better.
The damage to the Church of Scientology by Miscavige is so extensive, I do not see any way it could recover. In my opinion, even when Miscavige is gone, the effects of his mis-management are too severe for any possible recovery. The Church of Scientology is gone. Only inertia and the desperate efforts of a few local Scientologists is keeping it from immediate, complete collapse.
Each Scientologist has his or her own level of gullibility. Soon, most of the few remaining Scientologists will finally realize the truth and they, too, will stop supporting him.
While it is very true that David Miscavige has destroyed the Church of Scientology, and it is also very true that Miscavige ultimately fails at everything he does, he is still vicious and destructive. In the short time remaining, the attacks he directs can still cause damage even as his organization collapses around him.
The battle for justice is not finished until the criminals of the Church of Scientology, especially Miscavige, are brought to justice."

Scientology 'Volunteer Ministers' Deliberately Disrupt Relief Efforts
In the past week following the WTC tragedy, we have heard amazing stories of heroism and acts of selfless courage and generousity. Sadly, it has become necessary to warn people of the small number of hucksters, jackals, and scam artists attempting to profit from this terrible event. Recently, one such scam came to light, perpetrated by the Church of Scientology.®
By presenting themselves as "National Mental Health Assistance," they managed to deceive Fox News into running their telephone number across the screen on their broadcasts for five hours. People calling for help unknowingly wound up speaking to representatives for Scientology, a group well-known for opposing the real mental health industry. Intercepted emails from Scientologists in New York City are revealing, it shows that this group is intentionally using deceit to gain access to the vulnerable people still suffering from shock and grief. Moreover, it has deliberately interfered with legitimate mental health practitioners sent there to assist. Below are a few excerpts from these emails, sent out to Scientologists to promote this parasitic behavior by "Lt." Simon Hare, CO, I HELP Canada (in NY). (Note: the "Lieutenant" Sea Org, not to be confused with actual military rank)
"Dear All, For the last two days I have been in New York Org running, with several other Sea Org members, the deployment of Volunteer Ministers into the disaster zone."
The "Sea Org" is the Scientology organization's pretend Navy, and consists of their most dedicated members. These people sign a billion year contract when joining up. Volunteer Ministers have undergone an hour's training in Scientology style disaster training, mostly a technique known as a "touch assist," which is supposed to make one feel better. This was dreamed up by founder L. Ron Hubbard, a science fiction writer and college dropout, a man who's "Doctorate" degree was purched from a diploma mill.
After describing the scene, the Scientologist reporting goes on to say,
"Additionally we are trying to move in and knock the psychs out of counseling to the grieving families and that could take another 100 plus people right now. Due to some brilliant maneuvering by some simply genius Sea Org Members we tied up the majority of the psychs who were attempting to get to families yesterday in Q&A, bullbait and wrangling. They have a hard time completing cycles of action and are pretty easy to disperse. But today they are out in full force and circling like vultures over these people and all of our resources are tied up in the support efforts in the disaster zone at present."
Scientology's greatest perceived enemy on Earth is "the psychs." This term refers to formally trained mental health professionals, from counsellors to psychiatrists. Here they are blatantly admitting to interfering with rescue assistance efforts from that field.
Here we see that distributing food and water is not their main goal in being on-scene, rather, it is access to the victims they are after. By keeping trained mental health professionals away from the scene, they have full access.
The Scientologist goes on to say,
"There is nowhere on Earth right now that hurts like this place. These are brave people and they are the able and they don't know it but they need the Scientologists with LRH's tech to be here right now.
The fire-fighter company down the street from the org lost 14 members on Tuesday. No one can do anything for them or the rest but Scientologists. The other religions here with their ministers have shown their true colors and are working hand in hand with the psychs to give these people as much false data and restimulation as they can.
They HAVE NO TECH and they're not even trying to hide it anymore. They've crossed over and abandoned anything spiritual and to hell with them."
Yes, only Scientologists with L. Ron Hubbard's program can do any good right now. Other ministers don't have Ron's wonderful "tech" and are working with real mental health professionals, threatening Scientology's access to potential victims. They are competition. To hell with them, indeed!
In a later report, this Scientologist describes gaining access to the disaster area. The "Volunteer Minister" found out that their previous secret E-Mail had been leaked to Human Rights activists, incidentally.
"There was a very large barricade there manned by both Police and Military and they absolutely refused to let us though. The SO member in charge of the VM's "snuck" about 5 of us in another way and on the way we gave out cold drinks to tired rescue workers."
Here we have untrained individuals putting themselves and rescuers in danger by their presence. Once inside, they would not leave.
"Anyway, we of course jumped right in and helped by giving out food, drinks, unpacking etc... Soon thereafter we set-up an area for assists right there next to the medical area - outside. We put out 3 cots and we started body routing people in for nerve assists."
What this means is, they staked out a spot next to real medical personnel and began "body routing" victims in to deliver Hubbard's spurious "touch assists." By positioning themselves next to legitimate services, they hope no one will notice that they are merely untrained cultists seeking good PR and potential members.
The Scientologist then goes on to boast about how appreciated and useful they are, how they are one of the few groups allowed through the barricades (having sneaked in to begin with) and what wonderful things the Scientologists are doing to further their own agenda.
After Fox News was made aware that they were referring people to Scientology they removed the crawling banner from their broadcasts. Scientology was able to fool them by promoting themselves as "National Mental Health Assistance," very typical of them to form a front group with a similar sounding name to a legitimate organization. The National Mental Health Association was not amused. This is also done with their Narconon front group, which is often confused with Narcanon.
Copies of the Scientology emails were circulated to the media, resulting in several articles in newspapers and online news sources today. When indications that this was happening was noticed by Scientology on the alt.religion.scientology newsgroup, a site mostly critical of Scientology and its abuses, a further email was sent by the Scientologist pleading for silence.
"This is just going to be a quick communication to the group! As part of a briefing given to a group going to ground zero this evening (some folks from LA), we were informed not to give out any information about what is going on down there via the internet.
However, we are allowed to call people to share the good news, or news in general.
This restriction was communicated as being necessary in that the internet can be infiltrated, and possibly this information could be gotten into the wrong hands, altered, etc.
Therefore I am afraid that I can not give you all the kinds of detailed messages as I have been in the past, and I am sorry for that."
This information did indeed get into the "wrong hands," the hands of people who know the true nature of Scientology and are not afraid to expose them for the fraudulent criminal organization that they are. People who speak out against Scientology have been harrassed, intimidated, and stalked. They have sometimes lost their jobs thanks to Scientology interference. Their pets have been killed. Before the Internet was widespread, Scientology was very successful at suppressing its critics. Today, news of every move the cult makes is quickly spotted and distributed around the world.
The really awful thing about Scientology using this tragedy, is that they are targeting people who have survived a horrible experience. Unlike looting the dead, they are preying upon the vulnerable survivors, people who are seeking help to try to recover from the shock and regain their lives to some extent. The stories that come out of people who finally manage to leave the cult are terrible in their similarity. Years of coercive mental conditioning. Thousands of dollars wasted in pursuit of a fabrication developed by a drug addicted megalomaniac. Years wasted, families torn apart, souls and minds shattered by the relentless totalitarian control of this evil, greedy cult pretending to be a church.
To compound the survivors' suffering by snatching them off the streets for Scientology processing in New York City should be a crime. People have been warned to beware of scam artists using this tragedy to their benefit. Mayor Giuliani has warned that such hucksters will be prosecuted. Scientology and individual Scientologists should be first in line. That they have inserted themselves into this disaster with such a large-scale operation, including deceiving a major network into unwittingly promoting them, establishing a fraudulent "mental health assistance" front, andd interfering with real rescue and assistance operations should not be overlooked when it's time to prosecute those who tried to take advantage of a terrible, tragic event.
The Scientology Organization has seized upon this tragedy in order to profit by it. New information reveals that Scientology is urging every single member to become a Volunteer Minister! Participants of this program will be given websites and little cards saying, "You have been helped by a Scientology Volunteer Minister." What kind of church advertises it's charitable acts? Moreover, the Volunteer Minister participants will be expected to post advertisements in newspapers saying something along the line of, "Troubled? Need Help? I'm willing to listen!" with a phone number for that individual.
This is nothing more than a blatant attempt to profit from the fear and uncertainty caused by the Sept. 11 tragedy.
People need to be made aware that this is a particularly repellant act by the "Church" of Scientology to harvest more victims for it's fraudulent scams!
